“The Only Constant in Life Is Change.”- Heraclitus
Facts. The one thing that never changes in life is that everything changes. I'm not sure if I like that. Most people don't like change. Some people resist it and run from it. But the facts are, everything is changing. The good news though is that It's all part of God's plan. He's providentially designed all things to grow, mature, develop, and change. When you accept this reality you will begin to live life differently and see things with a great appreciation for the season you're in. God's got it all figured out. God knows the season you're in, the one you just went through, and the one He's preparing you for. The change that's happening in you and around you is necessary for God's perfect plan. Our job is to do the next right thing and trust the process. Moses put it this way in Psalm 90:12 "So teach us to number our days that we may gain a heart of wisdom." Every day is a gift. Every day is new. Every day is changing. Let's accept what the Lord brings to us and is doing in us and let Him have His way for us!
He is for you.

LIFE GROUP QUESTIONS:
1. As our journey through Mark 5 continues we see Jesus is once again surrounded by crowds who are thronging Him. Yet when Jairus asks Jesus to go to his house and pray for his daughter Jesus agrees to go with him. How does this shape your view of our God and Savior Jesus Christ? Do you ever feel that your problems are insignificant or that God is too busy to help you in your time of need?
2) In Mark 5 we also saw the woman who had suffered for 12 years meeting Jesus and her life was changed forever! I imagine that she'd prayed about her issues more than once. Maybe a thousand times! And finally she received an answer to her prayers. Have you ever had to wait longer than you wanted for an answer to prayer? What's the longest you've had to wait to see God move in your life? If you're comfortable sharing, what are you still waiting on the Lord to change in your life right now?
3) When Jesus got to Jairus house He was greeted by weepers and mockers. Once He put the weepers and mockers out, He invited His disciples into the home so He could bring new life to Jairus' daughter. In our lives we too have to make room for faith by quieting the voices of doubt and disbelief. What are the ways you keep doubt and unbelief from taking over? How can we help others when they're struggling with doubt or disappointment?
GUYS!
GALS!
The Lord is on the move and NOTHING can stop Him!
Let's rise up and follow after Him.
